If you have portioned bowls, it’s time to prepare the most delicate sweetness for the holidays – dessert cream. Dessert creams are divided into fruit, fruit and eggs, butter and butter, but this division is arbitrary. It all just depends on your desires, preferences and imagination. And do not forget the decorations. They can be powdered sugar, ground cinnamon, candied fruit, berries.
For a cream recipe you need:
- mascarpone – 250g
- strawberries Kurdish – 250g
- icing sugar – 125g.
First cook Strawberry Kurd according to the recipe described
Take the mascarpone out of the fridge in advance so that it can be warmed up to room temperature in advance. Stir with a spoon to soften the cheese.
Whisk the mascarpone with a blender or whisk and gradually add icing sugar.
