For the recipe you need:
- sea scallop – 500g
- citric acid – 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
- potatoes – 10 pcs.
- wheat flour – 1/2 cup
- eggs – 1 pc.
- milk – 0.8 cups
- lemon – 1/2 st.
- fat (for frying) – 20 g
- parsley (green) – to taste
- salt, pepper, pepper (ground) – to taste

Cut the scallop meat into pieces, dry with a towel, place in a bowl with vegetable oil, add citric acid, pepper, salt, finely chopped parsley and place in a cool place for 15-20 minutes to marinate.
To prepare the batter, pour cold milk or water into the dish, add flour, salt, add egg yolk and knead the batter, then add the whipped whites and mix gently.
Dip the prepared scallops into the dough and fry in a large amount of fat (fried) for 5-7 minutes, then remove them with a slotted spoon and place on a strainer to drain the fat.
