Potatoes stuffed with cheese and crab sticks “Snow crab” VIČI can be served as an appetizer or as an independent dish for lunch or dinner. In addition to stuffed potatoes, you can prepare a vegetable salad.
For the recipe you need:
- potatoes – 10 pcs.
- sour cream – 150 ml
- curd – 150 ml
- garlic – 1 clove
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
- a mixture of Italian herbs – 1 tsp
- krabbpinnar “Snow crab” VICI – 150g
- green onions – 4 feathers
- mozzarella cheese – about 100 g.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Wash medium-sized young potatoes with a brush under running water. Wipe each tuber with a paper towel and make several shallow dots with a fork.
Grease each potato with vegetable oil,
sprinkle with salt and wrap in foil. Place the foil-wrapped potatoes on a wire rack and bake in the oven for about 1 hour. When the potatoes are done, let them cool directly in the foil.
Cut the chilled potatoes lengthwise into two approximately equal halves. Here I will fill them.
