Kaluga style cuttlefish, shrimp and cod stew

We came up with this recipe with my friend at a culinary party in Kaluga. Consequently, the dish was named “squid, shrimp and cod stew” in Kaluga style. According to tradition, Kaluga-style squid is served with mashed potatoes and sprinkles of parmesan. It is highly recommended to eat in a warm and friendly company. Enjoy!

 

For a stew recipe you need:

  • octopus
  • shrimp
  • cod fillet)
  • tomatoes (in own juice) – 1 jar
  • garlic
  • parmesan
  • white wine – 100g
  • Basil
  • stekolja.

Stewrecept:

Fry garlic in oil, add the thawed sea creatures to it. We fry for a short while, two minutes, add white dry wine, one hundred grams and evaporate for another two minutes.

Add tomatoes to their own juice, pepper, salt, chopped basil, send the chopped cod fillets there. Let it boil for a minute, set the fire to zero and cover with a lid to infuse a little. At this time, lay out the side dishes.
