The fish is fried, breaded in flour and then poured with marinade. The marinade should be sharper, more acidic than I would like to eat – the fish picks it up and everything is fine. We do not store finished fish in the marinade for a long time, it is enough for a maximum of two days. And in the fridge it can certainly stand for three days.
For a fish recipe you need:
- ice fish – to taste
- black pepper
- bay leaf
- tomato sauce.

While it was hot, the fish was poured with hot marinade. For the marinade: water, carrots, onions, cloves, black pepper, allspice, cloves, bay leaves, salt, sugar, vinegar, tomato sauce. The marinade should be sharper, more acidic than I would like to eat – the fish picks it up and everything is fine. Boil raw carrots and onions in water until cooked with spices, at the end boil with tomato and add vinegar and straighten with sugar.
From the frying pan, move the hot fish with onions and carrots caught from the boiling marinade, pour so that the fish is completely covered by the marinade. It will absorb the liquid. When it cools down, it’s done. We do not store it for long, a maximum of two days is enough. And in the fridge it can certainly stand for three days.
