For a cookie recipe you need:
- butter – 120g
- sugar – 70g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- salt to taste
- flour – 1 glass
- baking powder for dough – 1 tsp.
- coconut flakes – 100 g
- milk chocolate – 100g.
Put butter and sugar at room temperature in a bowl. Beat with a blender for 3-4 minutes until the mass is splendor.
Break an egg into a cup, add salt and beat lightly with a fork.
Continue beating the oil mixture, pouring the egg in a few steps. Continue whisking the mixture for about a minute.
Mix baking powder with flour. Gradually add flour to the egg-oil mixture. Then add the coconut flakes. First mix the dough thoroughly with a spatula and then knead it with your hands.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Pour chocolate into a bowl with dough. Knead until the chocolate pieces are evenly distributed in it.
Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut and place on a baking sheet filled with parchment. Leave a distance of at least 2 cm between the cakes.
Bake the cakes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes. Transfer the finished cakes with coconut flakes and chocolate to a plate, allow to cool slightly and serve. Have a nice meal!
